studio policies

Booking/deposits 

​

All potential clients must book online. Appointments are not made through telephone or email. A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION 

​

Clients must cancel their appointment within 48 hours to avoid $100 cancellation fee. You may be rescheduled one time as a courtesy if the appointment is moved again you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to make another deposit.

NO SHOW 

​

Clients who no show to scheduled appointments and fail to notify the business will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. If the client wishes to reschedule, another non refundable $100 deposit will be due before the appointment date.

​

LATE 

​

Clients that are 15+ minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be rescheduled. No exceptions are made. Please give yourself plenty of time to find the studio and parking, which can be found for free right on Main Street. Please DO NOT use the Trendz Parking lot. Our door can be found around back of the building behind The Brow Society.

APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION

Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. However, if for any reason, at the time of your appointment, your procedure does not follow through, you will use your deposit as your consultation appointment.

GUESTS

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or family/ friends to accompany you into the studio.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS

If you are a returning client and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call the studio directly at 215-350-8768

Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

 

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (allieguido@icloud.com). After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS

​

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
